The Arab Association for Training & Development
The Arab Association for Training & Development (AASTD) is a regional specialized institution dedicated to building institutional capabilities and advancing best practice across banking and regulated sectors. AASTD partners with banks, financial institutions, regulators, and critical-sector organizations to support the effective application of regulatory frameworks, international standards, and sound governance.
AASTD's work focuses on translating regulatory requirements, supervisory expectations, and international standards into practical, implementable practices, strengthening compliance, resilience, and organizational performance.
Established in 2008, the Arab Union started in Jordan as an institution specialized in providing training and consulting services, aiming to create a qualitative shift in training, development and consulting to open new horizons for all parties of the training process in our region.
